Ezra Miller seeks treatment for mental health issues

After a recent incident, Miller realised she had severe mental health concerns and began treatment.

"I apologise to everyone my past behaviour alarmed or upset."

Miller, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, said, "I'm devoted to getting healthy, safe, and productive."

Miller's declaration follows a succession of legal troubles that have put the actor's future in doubt.

Miller was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, in March for disorderly behaviour and harassment during a bar incident.

Police say Miller posted $500 bond and was freed.

On April 19, the actor pled no guilty, was fined $500, and the harassment charge was dropped.

Miller was detained for second-degree assault earlier that day in Puna, near Phoa, according to police.

No charges have been filed.
